How do I know what size to order?

Do you make the alterations if the dress doesn't fit?
All gowns are made based on our standard size chart. Bathards Bridal does not offer an alteration service, but would recommend looking at dressmakers in your local area to get the alterations made. When ordering a bespoke wedding dress made as per your requirements, you will supply us with your own measurements so the size chart will be non applicable to you. Once you have placed your bespoke wedding dress, we will send you information on measurements we will require to get your special dress made.
Can my gown be ordered with a custom length or longer train?
All of our styles of dresses come as seen on the picture and as per our size chart. If you want any variations made on the dress such as a longer train or adjustment of the length, then please contact me and if can get a price for you.
I can not find my size on your size chart?
Please contact me with your size information. There will be a 10% surcharge for sizes 22-28 and 20% surcharge for sizes 30-36+ due to the extra material that will be used.
How long will delivery take for my dress?
It can take up to 3 months for your dress to be made and delivered. We recommend you plan in advance to ensure you give yourself enough time to find the dress you want, and to make any alternations if necessary once the dress has been recieved. If you need your dress urgently then please contact me. I will then advise you if it is possible to get your order on an urgent delivery. PLease note you surcharges may incur for shipping costs and a 10% surcharge will be added to any processed urgent orders.
What happens if my dress does not fit me?
All dresses are made as per our size chart. Please order carefully and refer to the chart before ordering your dress as we will not offer a refund if the dress is too small. If the dress is too big, then we recommend you speak with a dressmaker to get your dress altered. If you are ordering a bespoke dress, or have special requests on a standard dress then we will send you an email with measuring instructions for you to complete.
Do you keep stock of these dresses
All dresses are made to order and we do not keep stock of any of these dresses.
Why do you take payment upfont?
Is payment secure?
We use Paypal or Google Checkout for secure payment. We will also accept cheque, but please note all cheques need to clear before we can process your order.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Bathards Bridal can ship worldwide. Please contact us with delivery details and we will get back to you with a price for the shipping. Please note all shipping costs do not include customs or duty. You will have to pay that yourself.
